شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

مدة الصلاحية: يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال [ "48 ساعه"] من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

حالة المنتج:

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير مفتوح (لم يتم فض غلاف السيلوفان أو أي تغليف أصلي).

يجب أن تكون جميع الملصقات والعلامات التجارية الأصلية مرفقة.

لا نقبل استرجاع أو استبدال العطور التي تم تجربتها أو استخدامها لأسباب صحية وسلامة العملاء.

إثبات الشراء: يجب تقديم فاتورة الشراء الأصلية أو رقم الطلب.

زودنا برقم طلبك وصورة المنتج (إن أمكن) مع شرح موجز للمشكلة أو سبب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع.

سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة طلبك وتقديم الإرشادات اللازمة.

تكاليف الشحن (للاستبدال/الاسترجاع):

في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطلب من جانبنا: سنتحمل نحن تكاليف الشحن للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

في حالة رغبة العميل في الاستبدال/الاسترجاع بدون وجود عيب (تغيير رأي): يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن المنتج إلينا وإعادة شحن المنتج البديل (إن وجد).

عملية استرداد الأموال:

بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المسترجع والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط، سيتم معالجة عملية استرداد الأموال.

ستتم إعادة المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية [مثال: "في غضون 7-14 يوم عمل"].

.إذا كان الدفع عند الاستلام، فسيتم إعادة المبلغ عند استلام الطلب
